NEIGHBORHOOD FACTOR™ (NBHD Factor) is a strategic consulting resource for neighborhood marketing, data, and strategic insights. NBHD Factor held one of Chicago’s best marketing events of the year, Neighborhood Amplified Marketing. As Art Director, I had developed the brand identity for the event and carried out the vision for all design deliverables including, event signage, presentation decks, image sourcing, web and social media graphics, banner ads, printed brochures, and menus.
